The scope of this agreement is valid only for the period 01 February 2024 till 31 March 2024

Remuneration & Reimbursements

• You will be paid a professional fee of INR 500/- per hour.

• Payment will be calculated on monthly basis and will be paid in the first week of the following
month, based on the number of hours worked during the month. This is subject to submitting
the details of the number of hours they worked through the mail by the 20th of every month
and submission of a proper invoice that includes the student's datasheet, attendance sheet,
and assessment sheet.
• Tax will be deducted at source as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961, from time
to time.
• Any out-of-pocket expenses incurred during the training period will be reimbursed at actuals
on submission of supporting bills and receipts from time to time, and on a case-to-case basis.
This will not include Wi-Fi charges.
• You must submit the soft and hard copy of the datasheet/attendance sheet/assessment
sheets and reports immediately after training gets over, failing which the payment will not be
processed.
• The agreed professional fee is payable only upon the satisfactory completion of the
assignment.
• If you abandon the project midway, the professional fee will not be paid.

Expectations

• The role of a trainer is to develop a competency and skill sets in an individual to perform
his/her effectively and efficiently in the work place.
• Adjunct Faculty must collect the underprivileged youth/student data directly from the student
and not from any staff member of the college/institute.
• The soft and hard copy of the learner's data sheets and reimbursement bills should be
submitted on or before the 20th of every month failing which payment will not be processed.

• Good qualit~ photographs/videos, case studies, of each batch, should be sent to the State
Representative

• Adjunct Facul~y will return to Naandi Foundation all course material/manuals / hand-outs,
upon completion of the project.

• The content (lesson plans) provided, is to be used solely for the Naandi Foundation training
and not anywhere else, nor it is to be shared with anyone else

Conduct:

• Smoking, chewing, or consuming alcohol during training hours is strictly prohibited.

• Usage of abusive language towards learners or among peer groups is strictly prohibited.
• Posting photographs with learners on any social media platform is not permitted.
• You will not take individual photographs or selfies, nor allow others to take individual
photographs.
• You should follow the etiquettes while using online /offline platforms.
• Unauthorized recording of the training sessions is not permitted.
• However as and when there is a need, the State Representative will update to do the needful.
• Interaction with learner's/college authorities outside of training hours should be restricted,
and as far as possible should be channelled through the State Representative.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this agreement by giving written notice of five (S) working days

Unauthorized use of the Naandi brand or content and/or student data is strictly forbidden. Doing
so may entail legal action.
