1. TERM

The Agreement shall come into force immediately upon execution of this Agreement and has a

2.2. A Franchisee who wishes to open a physical store shall do so in writing, subject to the
approval of the Franchisor which shall be subject to a separate and distinct contract;

3. FRANCHISOR COMMITMENTS

Adherence to Company Policies

All Franchisees must follow the Franchisor’s suggested retail price on Supremacy International
franchise products.

All Franchisees must follow the Franchisor’s stipulated Rules and Regulations specifically on
the Handling of Products and Delivery.

All Franchisees are absolutely prohibited from outsourcing of raw materials.

4. PROVISIONS DEALING WITH LIABILITIES, RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS –

The provisions of this Contract involving liabilities and the rights and obligations of the
parties may be viewed through the following link –

5. AMENDMENTS

The provisions of this Contract may be amended by the Franchisor, subject to prior Notice to
the Franchisee. Any amendment to this Contract shall be based on Implementing Rules and Procedure
as may be implemented by the Franchisor.
