SIR,

With reference to the above cited work order issued on the name of BSNL to KSR KRISHNA
(CONTRACTOR ) for carrying of ofc laying work for a china agraharam village in gk veedhi mandal I
request you to grant to permission to refill diesel required for machinery in barrels since being long
distance (15km from nearest filling station ).We are unable to shift machinery always for filling
diesel.so I kindly request you to grant us permission to refill fuel in barrels until the completion of
the above cited work .
