I have seen lots of movies recently so choosing the most uplifting and the most depressing

is going to be a piece of cake .Even though it is hard to choose, our films are going to be
Eat,Pray and Love and the other one would be Aftersun. Both have such an incredible
message but in my opinion only one could cheer you up.

Aftersun it is one of the greatest films I have ever seen with such a brilliant cast. The reviews
might be a little controversial , partly because the movie was a bit confusing and you must
look for information to clearly understand it.During the film, we follow the relationship
between a little girl and his father, and how complicate could be to manage some emotions
or situations like being empathetic with your parents. I won’t reveal anything else but the end
would probably shock you and tear you up.

Eat,Pray and Love on the other hand is one of the typical movie recommendations that
would not disappoint you making you wonder what is going to happen next . With Julia
Roberts as the main character maybe you could think that you wouldn’t feel identified but
both the director and cast succeeded in creating a film that is believable with a simple plot
about life.Over half the film manage to teach lessons about life style and involves feelings
that all of us had fell in a certain point of our lives.

I am such a fan of both,however I would definitely recommend seeing Eat,Pray and Love,not
only because you will probably laugh and cry during it but also because at the end you will
see life with a different perspective. So if you find yourself rooting in bed with this movie you
would feel motivated and happy again.
