services to companies, in the areas of Financial & Equity structuring, Business structuring,
Marketing & Brand structuring, and Operations management.
BizSR is supported by a team of CEOs, CAs, CSs, and Legal experts, providing a suite of
expertise to provide expertise to various organisations.
Our Understanding of the requirement
BankEdge (Company) is into the business of running training academies offering career
oriented courses for the Banking sector. The Company wishes to seek assistance in Business
Structuring advisory and has approached BizSR for the same.

Scope of Work
BizSR’s scope of would entail:

 Review existing business and capital structure

 Strategic Advise on Business Operations
 Strategic Advise on New Business structuring
 Advise on raising capital where required.
Filing with the ROC, MCA, payment of stamp duties, taxes, CA’s fees, CS’s fees, etc. will be
borne by the Company at actuals.
Consulting Fee
BizSR would charge a consultancy fees of Rs.1 Lakh (exclusive of GST) per month. This is
payable by 7th of each month. The Company may have upto three meetings in a month,
towards discussions, consulting, etc. Any travel and conveyance expenses to Company office
or Company locations will be chargeable at actuals.
BizSR would raise an invoice by 1st of the month, and Payment is to be made by 7th of the
month in order to avail consulting services for the month.
Confidentiality
All information exchanged between BizSR and the Company shall remain confidential and all
such information shall be returned duly after completion of the contract.

Term of Engagement
The term of this contract would be from 1 December 2018 to 31 March 2019. The contract
may be terminated on mutual agreement with a 7 days notice.
