Our Understanding of the requirement
Trapero Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. (Company) is into the business of solutions for waste
management and water management. The company wishes seek assistance in Business
Operations management and has approached BizSR for the same.

Scope of Work
BizSR’s scope of would entail:

 Review monthly business plans vs actuals

 Strategic Advise on Business Operations
 Strategic Advise on New Businesses
 Advise on raising capital where required.
Filing with the ROC, MCA, payment of stamp duties, taxes, CA’s fees, CS’s fees, etc. will be
borne by the Company at actuals.
Consulting Fee
BizSR would charge a one time consultancy fees of Rs.2,00,000/- (exclusive of GST) towards
Business analysis fees, payable within 7 days of acceptance of this proposal, and a
consolidated monthly Consulting Fee of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only), exclusive of
GST from 1 December 2018 to 31 March 2019. However, if scope of the project is extended
or enhanced, additional fee may be charged.
BizSR would raise an invoice by 30th of the month, and Payment is to be made by 7th of the
subsequent month.

Confidentiality
All information exchanged between BizSR and the Company shall remain confidential and all
such information shall be returned duly after completion of the contract.
Term of Engagement
The term of this contract would be from 15th November 2018 to 31 March 2019. The date of
acceptance, and may be extended as mutually agreed. The contact may also be terminated
with a one month notice, as agreed mutually.
