Extended Solutions ES0104 – Job Traveller Attachments

Overview
The Job Traveller Attachments solution provides a method for printing a Job Traveller document together with any
PDF attachments. This solution is designed for businesses that attach additional drawings and procedures to Epicor
production jobs and require these to be printed at the same time as the Job Traveller as a document pack. These
packs can then be physically presented to personnel working on a job or job assembly.
This solution works with PDF documents attached to the following items:
● Job Header
● Job Assembly
● Job Operation
● Job Material

Key Features
● Epicor ERP versions – ‘Job Traveller Attachments’ is available for Epicor ERP 10.0 onwards, right up to
the latest Epicor version and release.
● The solution allows you to filter document types to allow selective printing of PDFs. Only the PDF
attachments you want to include with the job traveller document are included.
● Settings allow you to either print the complete Job traveller and then the attachments or print the collated
attachments after each assembly section (interleaving) allowing assembly instructions to be handed out in
pack form.
● The solution can be configured to include the Job Pick note at time of Job Traveller Printing.
● Available for both individual print jobs and for mass print jobs.
● Print preview shows the documents in collated form.
● Works with SSRS and Crystal Reports solutions
● Reads the associated PDF from your SharePoint, File system or DocStar Attachment Repository.
