Literature review:

Sharma and Sharma (2018) examined that due to consumer’s rising use of mobile devices over time
technologies, their expanding lifestyle preferences, as well as the various economic aspects and their
intention to use the mobile banking. The variables that were used in this study are information quality,
service quality, system quality, trust, satisfaction, intention to use, Actual usage by using unified
theory .the data was collected from 227 people through questionnaire from the people of oman and the
data was analyzed by using SEM technique. The result of the hypothesis revealed that service quality has
positive and significance impact on intention to use and satisfaction and in these two service quality
Impact more on intention to use moreover information quality has a positive and significant impact on
intention to use and satisfaction and in these two information quality impact more on intention to use
furthermore system quality has a positive and insignificant impact on intention to use and satisfaction in
addition trust has a positive and significant impact on intention to use and satisfaction and in these two
trust impact more on satisfaction also intention to use has a positive and significant impact on actual
usage and in the last satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on intention to use and actual
usage and in these two satisfaction impact more on actual usage. The finding of the study is beneficial
for the omani people of all ages and for the banks also because higher level of trust and better service
quality in mobile banking will help in retaining old customers and attracting new and potential
customers. This study suggested that As Oman is a culture dominated country, it is suggested to test the
proposed research model for broader. acceptance under certain cultural orientations’ such as high/low
uncertainty avoidance, high/ low power distance, and high/lack of masculinity/femininity.
