Literature Review:

Foroughi et al., (2019) This observational study examined that Mobile banking can enhance both the
efficiency of banks and the quality of people's lives (mbanking). Continuous use of m-banking is essential
to its long-term viability. This paper uses the technology continuance theory (TCT) to investigate the
factors that influence m-banking continuance intention to use, taking self-efficacy and channel choice
into account. The variables that were used in this study are Confirmation, perceived usefulness,
perceived ease, satisfaction, Attitude, M-banking continuance intention, Self-efficacy, Channel
preference by using technology continuance theory and the data was collected through questionnaire
from the peoples of Malaysia by using SEM technique. The result of the study is CON has a positive and
significant impact on SAT AND PU and in these two CON impact more on PU moreover PU has positive
and significant impact on SAT,CI,ATT and in these three PU impact more on SAT furthermore PEU has a
negative and insignificant impact on ATT,PU and SAT has a positive and significant impact on CI and ATT
and in these two SAT impact more in ATT lastly ATT,SE,CHP has a positive and significant impact on CI
and in these CI get more impact by ATT. The finding of the study is beneficial to make bank managers
aware of how crucial it is to satisfy customers' demands and expectations in order to increase their
satisfaction with and favorable attitude toward mobile banking, and as a result, their intention to
continue using it. The authors suggest a number of practices including, communicating security and new
features to customers, providing training videos and frequently asked questions, and integrating with
customers and vendors.
