APPLICATION OVERVIEW

Thank you for your interest in working with Allegis Transcription Services. We are always looking for talented
transcriptionists. In addition to contract opportunity for experienced transcriptionists, we often have beginner
contracts for those showing the skills required for the work.

Our application process works to ensure our transcription team is comprised of top-notch individuals and does have
several graduated steps.

1. Online Application Form & Resume Upload – This captures your basic background information and associates it
with the opening for which you are applying.

2. Requirements Assessment – These questions capture whether you have the experience, availability, and
technical resources to be an independent contractor transcriptionist.

3. Grammar Quiz – This multiple choice quiz will be graded, and a passing score is required in order to move
forward in the application process. You will have two chances at the test, and you are welcome to utilize any
resources you may need while taking the quiz just as you would in transcription work.

4. Transcription Sample & Proofreading – Upon passing the Grammar Quiz, you will be invited to submit a sample
of your transcription and proofreading skills. The finished product is to be uploaded for review, and applicants
producing the highest quality samples, who meet all other criteria, will be invited to interview with us.

Once completed, you cannot re-enter the application process to this particular hiring segment but may apply again in the

The application process time frame depends upon the number of new contracts available and the number of applicants
