purchase the products from a local plant, treat and then export them, then the applicant must provide a feasibility study for the project certified

• If the activity will involve directly purchasing petroleum products from a local plant and export them directly without treatment then the
applicant must provide the following:

- name of factory

- purchase contract,

- Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS),

- product specification certified by the seller and audited by a third party

• If Bapco is to transport the petroleum product to the proposed project, roads leading to the proposed location along with the project entry and
exit to be as per Bapco’s requirmenets and allow the entry and exit of tankers.

• Tanks for the proposed project to be as per Bapco’s requirements.
