Bevezető
Vigyázat!

A készülék figyelmezteti a kerékpárost a hátulról érkező járművekre, ezzel a kerékpáros éberségét fokozza, a forgalmi viszonyok át-
látásában segíti, azonban nem helyettesítheti a kerékpáros folyamatos odafigyelését és józan ítélőképességét. Mindig a legnagyobb
körültekintéssel járjunk el és biztonságosan közlekedjünk a kerékpárral.
Mindig konzultáljunk orvossal, szakértővel, mielőtt egy felkészülési tréninget elindítanánk, vagy az edzéstervet módosítanánk.
Kezdeti lépések
A Varia RCT715 készüléket kompatibilis Garmin® készülékkel vagy a telefonunkkal is használhatjuk. Az alábbi lista a telepítési és be-
állítási műveletsort foglalja össze.
• Töltsük fel a készüléket („A készülék töltése”; 15. oldal).
• Szereljük fel a hátsó lámpa tartót („A hátsó lámpa tartó felszerelése”; 3. oldal).
• Amennyiben kompatibilis Edge® 1030 sorozatba tartozó készüléket használunk, párosítsuk ezzel a lámpákat („A Varia radarké-
szülék párosítása az Edge 1030 készülékkel”; 10. oldal).
• Amennyiben telefonunkkal használjuk a lámpát, töltsük le a Garmin Varia alkalmazást a telefonra, majd párosítsuk a lámpát és
a telefont („A Varia radarkészülék párosítása a telefonnal”; 7. oldal).
• Amennyiben egy másik Garmin készüléket használunk, párosítsuk a készülékeket („Más kompatibilis készülékek”; 13. oldal).
Tippek az készülék felszereléséhez

A Varia RCT715 készülék hátsó lámpát és egy mikroradart tartalmaz, amely akár 140 méter távolságból is képes érzékelni a köze-
ledő járműveket.
• Válasszunk egy olyan helyet a kerékpáron, amely annak biztonságos használatát nem korlátozza.
• A készüléket a lehető legmagasabban szereljük fel a nyeregrúdra az optimális fényviszonyok és a radarészlelés érdekében.
MEGJEGYZÉS! A szerelési felületnek függőlegesnek kell lennie. A tartók úgy vannak kialakítva, hogy a legtöbb nyeregszár szö-

Amennyiben a készülék nem reagál, indítsuk újra.
Tartsuk mindkét gombot 10 másodpercig lenyomva, egészen addig, amíg mindkét LED kialszik. Az újraindítás törli a párosítási
kapcsolatokat a készülékről.

A készülék szoftverének frissítése a Varia alkalmazással
A Varia készülék szoftverének frissítése előtt párosítanunk kell a készüléket a telefonunkon lévő Varia alkalmazással („A Varia radar-
készülék párosítása a telefonnal”; 7. oldal).
1. Helyezzük a telefont a Varia radarkészülék hatótávolságán belül (3 m).
2. Szinkronizáljuk a Varia készüléket a Varia alkalmazással.
Amennyiben új szoftver verzió áll rendelkezésre, a készülék figyelmeztet bennünket, hogy frissítsük a szoftvert.
3. Kövessük a képernyőn megjelenő utasításokat.
A készülék LED lámpája kék és zöld színben villog, jelezve, hogy a készülék frissül. Amikor a frissítés befejeződött, a hátsó lámpa
kigyullad, és a LED 20 alkalommal zöld színben villog.

A szoftver frissítése a Garmin Express alkalmazással

Mielőtt frissíthetnénk a készülék szoftverét, le kell töltenünk a Garmin Express alkalmazást.
1. USB-kábel segítségével csatlakoztassuk a radarkészüléket a számítógépünkhöz.
A Garmin Express automatikusan keresi a szoftverfrissítéseket, és elküldi azokat a készülékére.
2. Kövessük a képernyőn megjelenő utasításokat.
3. Bontsuk a kapcsolatot a számítógéppel, majd kapcsoljuk be a radarkészüléket.
A radarkészülék LED kék és zöld színű villogással jelzi, hogy a készülék frissül. Amikor a frissítés befejeződött, a LED 20 alka-
lommal villog zöld színnel.
A radarkészülék nem reagál

Kerékpározás közben amennyiben a radarkészülék állapotjelző LED lámpája folyamatosan piros színnel világít, a készülék hibás
működési állapotba került.
• Ellenőrizzük, hogy a környezeti hőmérséklet az előírt üzemi hőmérsékleti tartományon belül esik („Varia RCT715 műszaki ada-
tai”; 19. oldal).
• Kapcsoljuk ki a készüléket, majd kapcsoljuk be.
Ellenőrizzük az akkumulátor töltöttségi szintjét az Edge készülék Érzékelők menüjében vagy a Varia alkalmazásban.
• Lehetőleg egyidejűleg több radar jel ne lépjen fel.
A radarérzékelés nem működik beltérben

A Varia RCT715 készüléket a kültéri járművek észlelésére hangolták. Ha a készüléket beltérben kapcsoljuk be, telítési riasztás lép-
het fel. Ha a készüléket a szabadba visszük, a készülék újra visszaáll a normál működésre.

Amennyiben a készülék állapotjelző LED lámpája sárgán villog, miközben a hátsó lámpa világít, a készülék demó üzemmódban van.
Amikor a készülék demó üzemmódban van, mesterséges adatok keletkeznek kizárólag demonstrációs céllal.
A demó üzemmódból való kilépéshez válasszunk ki egy opciót az alábbiak közül:
• Kapcsoljuk ki a készüléket, majd újra kapcsoljuk be.
• A készülék alaphelyzetbe állításához tartsuk mindkét gombot 10 másodpercig lenyomva.
