Design Services Contract Agreement

Client Information:

Service Provider Information:

Service Provider Name: MAO R TECH

Design Specialist: Bem Nase

Duration of Contract:
This contract is valid for a period of 2 weeks from the agreed-upon start date.

Scope of Work:
The scope of this contract covers the design of an HM (Human Management) app as per the
requirements outlined by Hr S Pavan

Services to be Provided:
Bem Nase will provide the following services during the contract period:

-User Interface (UI) design mockups

-User Experience (UX) design considerations

-Inter active prototypes for client review

-Final design assets for app development

Responsibilities:
-The client is responsible for providing necessary information, feedback, and
approvals in a timely manner.

-The service provider is responsible for the design and preparation of assets for the HMB
app development.
 Communication:

Regular communication will be maintained between the client and the design
specialist Bem Nase through scheduled status updates, meetings, and email
correspondence.

Revisions and Changes:

The client is entitled to a specified number of revisions during the design process.
Additional changes beyond the agreed-upon limit may incur additional charges.

Confidentiality:
All information and data shared during the project will be treated as confidential and will
not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.

Payment Terms:
Payment for the design services will be made in one installment upon the completion and
delivery of the final design assets.

Ownership of Design Assets:

Upon full payment, the client will have full ownership and usage rights of the design assets.

Termination Clause:
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice in case of a material breach
by the other party. In such a case, any payments due will be settled based on the work
completed.

Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws of Dutch employment law,. NER
