This contract is valid for a period of 2 weeks from the agreed-upon start date.

The scope of this contract covers the design of an HM (Human Management) app as per the
requirements outlined by J.D Roentoene.

Olanrewaju Marvellous Adewale will provide the following services during the
contract period:

- User Interface (UI) design mockups

- User Experience (UX) design considerations

- Interactive prototypes for client review

- Final design assets for app development

- The client is responsible for providing necessary information, feedback, and

approvals in a timely manner.

- The service provider is responsible for the design and preparation of assets for the HM app
development.
Regular communication will be maintained between the client and the design
specialist Olanrewaju Marvellous Adewale through scheduled status updates,
meetings, and email correspondence.

The client is entitled to a specified number of revisions during the design process. Additional
changes beyond the agreed-upon limit may incur additional charges.

All information and data shared during the project will be treated as confidential and will not
be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.

Payment for the design services will be made in one installment upon the completion and
delivery of the final design assets.

Upon full payment, the client will have full ownership and usage rights of the design assets.

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice in case of a material breach by
the other party. In such a case, any payments due will be settled based on the work completed.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Dutch employment law,. NER
