Procedure
1. Peel the apple and cut the pineapple into 1cm×1cm cubes (juliend)
2. Cut lettuce into chiffonade pieces
3. Mix mayonnaise, lettuce, chicken, salt, diced pineapple and apple, stir well
4. Serve the mixed salad onto a plate
5. Place the cucumbers on a plate surrounding the salad
6. Place the chili sauce using the accent dots technique on the right edge
7. Put mayonnaise and strawberries on top then put dill leaves on the side
