Do you think music and art

are important at school ?

From where I stand, music and art play an important role in my schoolife.
First, music and art help me to relieve stress after a tired day studying at
school by lying on the cozy sofa listening to my favorite songs, drawing
my favorite pictures of the views, landscapes,... I benefit a lot from that
because that helps me to relax my mind, make me feel happy and while
doing that can also helps me with my study at school. Second, art and
music aid me to build my confidence, seeing that when I win a singing or
drawing competition that my school organized, I’ll be happy and proud of
myself so when standing on the stage and having a speech to the
audience, I’ll be confidence and having a speech perfectly and fluently.
Third, when the art teacher asked us for drawing pictures of complicated
landscapes, views, portraits,... it’s hard for me to draw for the first time
because of the small details, shapes, lines,... so I have to pratice drawing it
for a long time and learn how to draw well from my friends to make a
better product. Furthermore, for all of you know, each country has a
different style, topics of music and art so it is a great way for me to
promote the traditional art and music forms of my country to my
international friends or the foreigners that visit my country by making a
project with my friends at school about the traditional art and music
forms of my country and introducing or talking about it in front of the
crowd in the special events held at school with the presence of the
foreigners. Morever, art and music assist me to open a relationship. For
example, when I participate in a drawing or singing competition, I will
meet many new friends from different schools, so It’s a chance for me to
make friends with them, learn many lessons and experiences in art or
music from them. Not only just that, art and music lend a helping hand to
improve focus. Let’s take me as a model, when drawing something, I must
be concetrate on my work to create a stunning and colorful product or
when I listen to the song, I also have to focus on listening to the words of
the song clearly so I can feel and enjoy it. That’s benefit me a lot because
that helps me to focus and listen carefully to the teacher’s words to
absorb the knowledge more easily. In addition, art and music are of use
to develop my creavity. For instance, at the art lesson, I and my friends
usually do projects together, so to make an unique and gorgeous work, we
must be creative and invent many ideas for our project. About the music
class, we also work in group to make project too! In the project, we’ve to
compose the song by our own, so we need creavity, ideas and topics to
compose the song
