Warm-Up Games Throw and Run

Play this game in groups of four. You will need one ball for each group.
Stand so that each player is in the corner of an imaginary square. Stand about three
metres apart.
The aim of the game is to pass the tennis
ball around the ‘square’ as quickly as
possible.
To add an extra challenge, once you have
thrown the ball to the next player, run
around the square. Make sure you get
back to your spot before the ball is passed
to you!
Count how many successful,
consecutive passes your team makes.
