BIZOPS JOB DESCRIPTION

TEAM SUPERVISOR

Reporting to: Customer Service manager


Salary: $68,000/annum
Hours: 40 hours per week / full time. Monday to Friday.
From 08.30am to 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch daily.
Location: BizOps Enterprises Head Office

Purpose of the position


They oversee the workflow and supervise others to achieve work tasks. The goal is to ensure
that operations are carried out productively so as to ensure profitability and sustainable
growth.

Responsibilities and duties


• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with
organisational plans and communicate to employees
• Organise workflow and ensure employees understand their duties and
delegated tasks
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and
coaching
• Communicate information to and from upper management and employees
• Prepare and submit performance reports
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures
• Assist with onboarding of new recruits
• Liaise with other departments to achieve work outcomes
• Support employees in achieving workplace goals

Good knowledge of MS Office and BizOps
systems
