Dear Barangay Captain

I am writing to you on behalf of Lumbayao Elementary School located in Purok 5,

Lumbayao, Valencia City, Bukidnon. As a concerned member of the community and a
representative of the school's Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), I am reaching out to seek
support for a project that is crucial to the improvement of our local educational facilities.

Our school's multipurpose covered hall has been a vital space for various activities,
including school assemblies, community events, and extracurricular programs. Over the
years, due to wear and tear, the hall has started to show signs of deterioration, making it
unsafe and less conducive for gatherings. As a result, we are seeking assistance for the
repair of this important facility.

The repair project aims to address the following issues:

1. Roof Repair: The current roof structure needs repair to prevent leaks during the
rainy season.

2. Foundation Flooring and Wall Maintenance: The flooring and walls require
attention to ensure the safety and comfort of the students, teachers, and
community members who utilize the hall.

3. Electrical and Lighting Upgrades: Upgrading the electrical system and lighting
fixtures will enhance the overall functionality and safety of the hall.

4. Painting and Aesthetics: A fresh coat of paint and aesthetic improvements will
not only contribute to the hall's longevity but also create a more pleasant
environment for everyone.

We understand that barangay funds are allocated for various projects and services.
However, we believe that investing in the renovation of our school's multipurpose covered
hall is an investment in the overall well-being and educational experience of the community.

To ensure transparency and accountability, we are more than willing to collaborate

with the barangay officials in overseeing the project. We are open to discussions on how we
can work together to make this repair a reality.

We kindly request the support of the Barangay Council in allocating funds or

facilitating the necessary assistance for this project. Your commitment to the betterment of
our community's educational facilities will undoubtedly have a lasting and positive impact.

We are hopeful for a favorable response and look forward to the possibility of
creating a safer and more vibrant space for our learners and the community at large.
