CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

This is to certify that Jackson Water Delivery has completed the delivery of water
(332 drums) of Outlook Ridge Residences Condominium Corp in accordance with
the approved scope of works stipulated in the work order.

Given this 16th day of December 2022 at Outlook Ridge Residences Condominium
Corp. in Baguio City.

This certification does not relieve the Contractor/ Supplier from their responsibilities
pertaining to the Guaranty of the completed item/works.
