This is to formally provide a detailed justification for the request for the withdrawal of the
additional fuel for our service vehicle with Plate Number SAA 4458 on June 13, 2024.

The withdrawal of additional fuel is justified by the necessity to attend and participate in a
growing number of public activities and engagements on Barangay Katualan, Barangay
Consolacion, Barangay Lower Panaga and Barangay Tibungol. This participation is vital for
community engagement, strategic partnerships, and maintaining the undersigned’s public
presence as elected City Official.

The additional fuel will enable us to efficiently and effectively fulfill these commitments.
