Re: Memo Duties, responsibilities and expectations

This memo is to remind and to reiterate your duties, responsibilities and expectations as part of the retail
team at our Yale Smart Shop.

1. Sales performance – this pertains to overall effectiveness of the team in creating and closing sales.
a. Sales performance should be on top of your daily agenda.
b. Hitting targets and improving your actual sales versus previous data is expected of you
c. Market promos and regular items to entice potential sales
d. Updating, posting materials in Facebook that would translate to potential sales

2. Store duties - describes various functions, associated with day to day store agenda, and includes:
a. Maintaining sufficient store inventory, display items and other related products
b. Ensuring cleanliness of store, functionality of all demo items and office equipment,
complete documents, permits and others
c. Ensuring that the physical display and store appearance is in good condition
d. Updated price tag, promos and posters

3. Staff duties - performing employee support roles and ensuring the effective running of the
organization
a. Updating of monthly attendance, planned and/or emergency leaves, overtime etc. to the
appropriate office personnel
b. Daily deposits of cash transactions to the company bank account
c. Ensuring that all data (sales data, after sales, payments, etc.) are updated
d. Monitoring of after sales transactions and issues

The company expects each individual to comply with these duties and responsibilities, to show their
maturity in their character, to be a better individual who can contribute to the company. Moreover, the
company also greatly appreciates and applauds when you go above and beyond our expectations.

With that, the company will be evaluating you on a quarterly basis to check and re-assess your
performance, improvement and skills.

Negligence and refusal to comply with these duties and responsibilities will be subject to evaluation and
investigation and will be dealt with accordingly.
