GETTING THERE
• Programme observers are required to arrange your own transport. You can travel by your own
transportation or public transport.
• Op tio n 1 – Own vehicle

The venue is easily accessible to public transport, namely the MRT TTDI – Kajang Line station is
within 400m or 10 minutes walking distance via safe pedestrian walkways.

Embark on the adventure from MRT TTDI to iSpace, Level 9!

• Upon arriving at MRT TTDI Station, take exit Pintu B

towards Jln Wan Kadir 4.
• If you opt for the escalator, please turn right and cross the
road towards the mini roundabout until you spot Mello
Yello.
• Proceed straight until you reach Hae Wa Dal, and you'll
notice several stores like Naelofar and Dyson.
• Keep walking along the pedestrian walkway until you spot
Greens Terrace; then, safely cross the road.
• Continue straight until you reach a clinic and Mr. DIY on
your left; then, turn right and proceed until you see Plaza
VADS.
• Upon entering the lobby, please register at the
Registration Counter.

• You can use any of the four lifts located at the front,
numbered 1, 2, 3, or 4, to reach Level 9.

• Surau is located at level B2.
• Plaza VADS basement parking is available and below are the parking rates:
Rate Per Hour

1 hour MYR3.00

Additional Hour MYR2.00

Flat Rate (In after 07:00 PM) MYR5.00

SPECIAL MEAL REQUIREMENT

• Meals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea break) will be p ro vid e d . If you have any dietary
requirements, please inform the secretariat by 18 t h J u n e 20 24 .

EMERGENCY
• Programme observers are advised to bring your own medicine and personal medical supplies.
The nearest hospital is KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital which is located 1.6 km from Plaza
VADS, Kuala Lumpur.

HEALTH & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• Programme observers are encouraged to conduct a Covid-19/Influenza self-test 24 hours prior
to event. Please REFRAIN FROM ATTENDING IF:
1. You have been diagnosed as suspected or confirmed Covid-19/Influenza have not
completed treatment.
2. You have been in close contact with confirmed or suspected Covid-19/Influenza cases.
3. You have symptomatic sign (fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath).

DRESS CODE
• The dress code is Sm art Casu al. Please refer to the attached guideline below.
• Programme observers are encouraged to bring along jackets or sweaters, as the temperature
may be low.
