Agreement Big Pharmacy
BUNGA NEGARA, SEKSYEN 27, 40400 SHAH ALAM SELANGOR & BIOPEST & HYGIENE SDN BHD (hereinafter
called “the Company”) and IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: -
The Service Provider is who shall be responsible for providing cleaning services to BIG PHARMACY
WAREHOUSE at the locations as specified in Clause 1 for a term ONE (1) year commencing from 1st December
2022 till 31st December 2023 which shall be the contract period.

The working hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm & 4.00pm to 10.00pm following the order of Ms. Joy (1 whole
month). The Service Provider shall provide a minimum of Two (2) cleaner at any one time.

6. Supervision
The cleaners shall be supervised and monitored by Appointee, reporting to the person in charge, Ms Joy.
7.1 The Service Provider shall ensure that cleaners perform their duties satisfactorily and that the cleaning
services are carried out as agreed. The Service Provider shall provide the Company substitute cleaners if
any cleaners are absent. If not The Company have a right to deduct from the labour charges.
7.2 The Service Provider shall ensure compliance to all legal and mandatory requirements of relevant
authorities.
7.3 All incidental charges related to health, safety, insurance and other costs of the Cleaners shall be borne by
the Service Provider.
7.4 Disposal of rubbish or waste in the appropriate place shall be entirely handled by the Service Provider.
7.5 To ensure adequate number of Cleaners to provide the cleaning service.
7.6 Upon being required by the Managing Director of the Company so to do remove any employee of the
Service Provider employed which is in the opinion of Managing Director of the Company is guilty of
behaviour prejudicial to the conduct of the Establishment or the interest of the Company.
7.7 To bear the cost of any replenishment or making good of any damages caused to the items or property of the
Company during the course of carrying out cleaning services.
7.8 To ensure all cleaning staff be dressed decently in standard uniforms provided by the Service Provider.
7.9 The Service Provider will meet the person in charge of the Company fortnightly

(the time and date as agreed by both parties). A log book to be kept for reference.
8.1 The Company shall provide feedback regularly for the improvement of the Cleaning Services
8.2 Shall ensure the cooperation of all staff of the Company to maintain the cleanliness of the premises.
8.3 Any incomplete job will be highlighted in the Maintenance and Facility Improvement Form and given to the
Service Provider for action to be taken as soon as possible.
9. Termination
Either party may at any time terminate this agreement by giving to the other TWO (2) months notice in writing.
10. Miscellaneous
11.1 Each of the parties shall give notice to the other of the change of address or telephone at the earliest
possible opportunity but in any event within forty eight hours of such change.
11.2 Any notice to be served on either of the parties by the either shall be sent by ordinary post and shall be
deemed to have been received by the addressee within seventy two hours of posting.
11.3 This agreement and all rights under it may be assigned or transferred by the Company.
11.4 The Service Provider shall not assign or sub-contract any of its rights or duties under this agreement
without the consent in writing of the Company (such consent should not be unreasonably withheld)
11.5 This agreement is binding on the successor in title of the Company and the heirs or personal representative
or assigns of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider recognize that our customer satisfaction depends on our staff's performance, thus :-
* The Service Provider RECRUIT carefully, selecting only those candidates who share our professional
attitude.
*The Service Provider provides TRAINING to all our staff. To ensure that highest quality works are achieved,

* QUALIFIED staffs of BioPest & Hygiene Sdn Bhd will carry out cleaning tasks to a suitable level of
competence :-
ii) Cleaning equipment, tolls and detergents are correctly chosen and applied.
iii) Standard Operations Procedures for all plant and machinery are properly carried out.
* The Service Provider operates a practical management and supervision system which means that our staff's
works are MONITORED regularly and our CLIENT's FEEDBACKS are properly assessed.
