Quality Policy:

XYZ Ltd provides a consultancy and training service to the private and public sectors. We
offer consultancy in the implementation of a range of learning technology solutions and
general business consultancy in support of organisational performance.

The Company is committed to working in partnership with clients and suppliers to offer the
most cost effective and appropriate solutions. To achieve this, we are committed to
operating our business within the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 which is used as a tool to
improve the service we provide to all our clients on a continuing basis.

We will set and maintain quality objectives based on client feedback and to this end will
survey our clients on a regular basis to ensure we are meeting their expectations.

We will establish and review our quality objectives and review the effectiveness of our
Quality Management System (QMS) through an annual review supported by audits of our
System.
