Dear Sir,

During last month, the electricity came on only an hour a whole day. So, we are inconvenient for it.
We can't cook and charge the battery within an hour. We can't use internet and television. Why is
the electricity not coming on? In these days, the weather is getting hotter and I can't use my air
conditioner in my house. I usually pay the bills normally but I didn't get enough electric. This also
make us uncomfortable with daily activities.

We understand that outages happen, but the frequency and lack of information are unacceptable.
We rely on your service for our daily needs, and it's disappointing when it lets us down.

We hope you can address these issues promptly and improve the reliability of our electricity
supply.
