THIS SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT, is made and entered
into this Tuesday May 21, 2024 by MARIACHI LOS SANTANEROS
and between TARA HERNANDEZ hereinafter referred to as "myself
or I" and Mariachi Los Santaneros, hereinafter referred to as "Service
Provider".
RECITALS:
Whereas, in light of the facts set forth above, I desire to retain the
entertainment services of the service provider to provide
entertainment for my event.
NOW THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONS AND
PROMISES CONTAINED HEREIN AND THE RECEIPT OF WHICH IS HEREBY
ACKNOWLEDGED, THE PARTIES HERETO AGREE AS FOLLOWS: section
1.
SCOPE OF SERVICES Service Provider shall provide a mariachi ensemble
to myself those entertainment services set forth in the Scope of Services and
incorporated herein by this reference as though set forth at length.
section 2.
COMPENSATION The deposit of $325 given is non-refundable if performance
is canceled by myself or any party acting on my behalf_____
TH initial. I shall pay the
remaining balance of $325 on Friday June 14, 2024 for the services rendered by
Service Provider pursuant to this agreement for the events scheduled for Friday
June 14, 2024 from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at 1222 W E St. Wilmington, CA
90744. Service provider reserves the right to cancel in case of emergency or in
case of unforeseen cause. In said case all of the deposit funds shall be returned

TH initial. Also I am aware that the band takes a 15 minute break after each 60
minutes of play time when the performance is over an hour in duration while the
service provider provides basic hospitality (eg., water, food, break area, etc.)

CUMULATIVE REMEDIES
a. This agreement shall not be binding upon myself, until signed by the
authorized representative(s) of Service Provider and approved by myself. IN
WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be
executed as of the dates written below.
