Last Sunday, I had a healthy day, before that, I used to live unhealthily. That morning, I got up early at 5 o’clock.

I
brush my teeth and wash my face. Then I put on my shoes and walked to the park near my school. The atmosphere
that day was so fresh and I saw that the aunts and uncles had to get up early to prepare for their stalls to sell
breakfast. After that, I had breakfast and went home. I complete the deadline of next week. At noon, I go to the green
department store to buy food to cook at home. I eat more green vegetables than meat and drink fruit juice instead of
junk food and soft drinks. In the afternoon, I continue to complete all the deadlines. As well as this, In my free time I
play badminton as well as swim with my friends. Moreover, sports help us keep in shape and prevent diseases. At
night, I call my mom to chat for about 30 minutes. Next, I take a shower and take care of my skin. Then I read books
and listen to music to relax. At 11 o'clock, I go to bed early to prepare for a full day tomorrow. I will try to maintain
this healthy lifestyle.
