Document issued by the

extraport warehouse that shows
that they receive your products.
In that document is detailed the
description, quantity and date of
entrance.
DISPATCH FLYER

Is known as “volante de despacho”,

issued bye each warehouse. In order to
enter to any port, you need to send the
following documents:

1. Booking
2. Remission guide (inland transport)
3. Balance ticket
4. Custom agency RUC
5. Exporter RUC
6. DAM
BALANCE TICKET

Ticket issued by a
temporal deposit or
extraport warehouse,
where is detailed the
weight of the cargo
when it enters. That
action of weight, is
also known as “nota
de tarja” o “tarjado”.

Electronic document created
by SUNAT to make faster the
process of international trade
for exporters and importers. In
that document you have to
choose the correct custom
destination, port of loading or
unloading and name of the
custom agency.

document have been
required for all importations
and exportations. Now, is
recommend to ask it for
period (mandato por
periodo), because we can
use for many declarations.
We give the authorization to
custom to manage our
godos.

This document can be managed for 1 year per each custom. It means, that you have
make the process once a year, if al your importations and exportations Will be
managed by the same custom agency.
EXPORT LOGISTIC PROCESS
DEFINITE EXPORTATION
Exit of products from the national territory to a foreign customer. It has to be registered in
the DAM by the custom destination N°40. The most important documents required are the
following:

1. Booking
2. BL/AWB
3. Commercial Invoice
4. Packing list
5. DAM
6. Certificate of origin
7. VUCE authorization
8. Phytosanitary register
