Ans. When a balloon is charged by woollen cloth it stuck with a wall because both
have opposite charges

Ans. Charge is a basic property of matter. There ate two kinds of charge: Positive
charge and negative charge. Same charges repel each other and opposite charges
attract each other.

Ans. The flow of charge is called the electric current.

Ans. The path of current flow is known as an electric circuit.

Ans. Turning ON a switch allows the current to flow in a circuit. This is called a

Ans. Turning OFF the switch stops the current flow in a circuit. This called an open
