Affidavit of Understanding and Agreement

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, PATRICK CUA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and a

resident of #19 A. Juan Street, Barangay Salapan, City of San
Juan, Metropolitan Manila, Philippines.

ASIAWORLD VENTURE AND BUILDERS, INC., duly represented by

its owner, MR. JOHN T. GUIDOTONG, of legal age, Filipino citizen,
with business address at #17 A. Juan Street, Barangay Salapan,
City of San Juan, Metropolitan, Manila, Philippines, after having
duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state
THAT:

1. ASIAWORLD VENTURE AND BUILDERS, INC., current office located

at #17 A. Juan St., Barangay Salapan. Only serves as
Storage/Warehouse only and it is NOT a Manufacturing Facility;

2. That the property owned by ASIAWORLD VENTURE AND BUILDERS,

INC., serves as an office only;

3. The Office mentioned herein does not posses or store any forms
of Hazardous Chemicals;

4. Upon understanding and agreement by two parties, ASIAWORLD

VENTURE AND BUILDERS, INC. Will avoid any form of noise within
the residences located at A. Juan Street.

5. In accordance with existing city ordinance and other governing

laws ASIAWORLD VENTURE AND BUILDERS, INC., shall prevent and
avoid any forms of obstructions and illegal parking within
surrounding residences of A. Juan St bound to F. Antonio and
Aurora Boulevard.

6. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the fact that we

understand and agree to the terms and agreement stated in this
instrument and have no personal objection;

7. Finally, we are executing this Affidabit to attest to the

truth of the foregoing agreements and understanding and for
whatever legal intents and purposes it may serve.
 IN WITNESS THEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures
this 18th day of June, 2024 in the Barangay Hall of Salapan, San
Juan City, Metropolitan Manila, N.C.R., Philippines.
