Sub: Requirement for capturing Invoice number in MIGO

With reference to above subject, VIPA Project has gone Live in SAP and
invoices submitted by the vendors are being processed by BOT. However
BOT is facing challenges in reconciliation of MIGOs already existing in the
PO history in SAP and invoice received from vendor.

Hence it is decided that BSNL consignee while posting MIGO in SAP

shall mandatorily capture “Invoice no.” in the “Delivery Note” field of MIGO
as given by the vendor in the POD.

In this regard, it is requested to ensure that:

“The consignee posting MIGO in SAP must capture the invoice no given
by the vendor in POD in “Delivery Note field of MIGO”. It is to be noted
that invoice no. must be entered correctly without committing any kind of
omission or addition.”
