Re: No Objection Certificate (NOC) to sell and market in the Emirates of Dubai

Dear Sir,

We refer to your circular No. 8 of 2016 in relation to the requirement for Real Estate
Brokers to obtain Real Estate Announcement Permit, before marketing and selling
properties in Dubai.

We have entered into Non- Exclusive Brokerage Agreement (“Agreement”) with

M H M REAL ESTATE OWNED BY MAJDEI MANSOUR CO L.L.C ORN No. 2608
Trade License No. 652027 (“Agent”) and have no objection to the Agent selling and
marketing Enqlave, a residential project in Discovery Gardens, Dubai UAE developed
by M/s. Aqasa Homes Developers LLC.

Subject to the Agent complying with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, we
hereby authorize the Agent to use marketing materials as approved by us and the Agent
undertakes to strictly adhere to the branding guidelines and not distribute, publish or
post any advertising or promotional materials including but not limited to printed or
digital, unless such adverting and promotional materials have been approved by us in
writing and communicated to the Agent from time to time.

This NOC is valid during the term of the Agreement.

Golden Bridge Real Estate LLC accepts no liability for any error, improper use, or
falsification of this NOC.
