The Manager: DRIVEN PROPERTIES L.L.C & REFINE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES L.L.C

This is to confirm, that B N H REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER, trade license No.787129, known and referred
hereinafter (the “Developer’), of EQUITI APARTMENTS, Plot No.- 136, International City 2&3, Warsan
Forth, here-inafter, (the “Property”) authorizes and permits DRIVEN PROPERTIES L.L.C with trade
license No. 677961 & REFINE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES L.L.C with trade license no. 959042,
hereinafter (the “Manager”) to manage sales and marketing activities related to the Property.

The Developer hereby authorizes and permits DRIVEN PROPERTIES L.L.C & REFINE PROJECT
MANAGEMENT SERVICES L.L.C, to permit under its responsilbilty Agents (Non – Exclusively) to
promote, market and advertise the Property on behalf of the Developer.

This NOC is issued on request of DRIVEN PROPERTIES L.L.C & REFINE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
SERVICES L.L.C without any liabilty, responsibilty, or obligations towards any party whomsoever on
the Developer.
