Clubs & Amenities Module Colony World

 Purpose :-
The purpose to add this module is to provide the club & other amenities that has
been provided by the society.

 Where to Implement :-
We have to implement the module on Web and app both so that it can become
user friendly.

 How it Works :-
This module works in many ways, from where residents can avail the services and
amenities that has been provided by society where the charges and duration can
also be selected.

 Admin Owner Module :-

When we add owner and assign the flat to owner at that time we have to give the
check box to avail the club services.

Avail Club and Amenities.

If this check box is checked than :-

Club Name :- Here, clubs name can be multi select, so we have to give check box in
front of all the club names.

Membership :- One Time/Service Based

Amount :- Individual Amount of every club will reflect.

Total Amount :- Total of all the services.

Payment Mode :-
 Admin Club & Amenities :-
Only admin will have rights to add the club and other amenities details on portal
and application.

Sub module :-

1. Add Club & Amenities Type - When admin click on this the page will open from
where he will add the type of service for example :- Gym/ Play/ Games etc.

2. Add Clubs/Service - After creating type of service admin will add the basic details
of clubs.

Club Name :- Drop down in which the type of service that was added by admin will
reflect and admin will select any 1 of them.

Photo Upload :- Clubs Photos to be uploaded.

3. Assigned/Unassigned Clubs :-

Block Name :- Drop down.

Flat Number :- Drop down the list of flats which are in select block will reflect.

Name :- On the basis of Block and flat number name will auto fetch.

(If Club services are already availed than below details will auto fetch).

Club Name :- If multiple clubs are assigned than that list will reflect. We can get
this list from the Flat Owner module, at the time when we are adding the Owner.

Membership :- Auto Fetch.

Amount :- Auto fetch.

Payment Status :- Paid.

In Case of to Assign Clubs :-

Block Name :- Drop down.

Flat Number :- Drop down the list of flats which are in select block will reflect.

Name :- On the basis of Block and flat number name will auto fetch.

Club Name :- Here, clubs name can be multi select, so we have to give check box in
front of all the club names.

Membership :- One Time/Service based.

Amount :- Individual Amount of every club will reflect.

Total Amount :- Total of all the services.

4. View Clubs & Amenities :-

We have to provide the same functionality on admin application login also.
Admin can add the details from application and can operate the module from
application also.

View registered flats for clubs.

We don’t have to provide the Option of ASSIGN CLUB for tenants on Admin Login.

 Resident Owner Application :-

If resident has already registered themselves for club services than they can view
the services from here.

Registered Services :-

Club Names :- Auto fetch.

Membership :- Auto Fetch.

Amount :- Auto fetch according to Club name & membership

Membership Status :- Active and Paid.

Note :- This list will reflect only in the Owner’s Application. For example Arpita is
owner but not resident in the society and has given her apartment on Rent than to
tenant login the above list will not reflect.

 Now if apart from registered clubs if owner wants to get register for other
services than it can be done from application.

the form of multi selection from where resident will select the clubs.
