Hall Booking Module Colony World

 Purpose :-
The purpose to add this module is to provide the Hall booking facility.

 Where to Implement :-
We have to implement the module on Web and app both so that it can become
user friendly. The module is already working on Web now we have to develop it
for app.

 How it Works :-
This module works in many ways, from where residents can avail the Hall services
by generating request.

 Admin Web & App Hall Module :-

Add Hall :-

Name :-

Charges :- Individual Amount of every club will reflect.

(Per Day)

Show Hall :- Add one more field I.e. Charges.

Hall Request :-

Remove this from Admin Web

View Hall Request :-

In existing fields add one more field named as charges.

View Assigned Halls :-

Once admin will approve the request than resident will make the payment and
after that the list will view here.

Following will be the fields

 Resident Web & Application :-
Hall Request :-

Select Hall :- Drop down

Charges :- On the basis of hall charges will reflect.

(Per Day)

Select Society member :- Drop down.

From Date -Time

To Date-Time

Days :- On the basis of from to date the days will auto calculate.

Purpose :-

Amount :- Amount will calculate on the basis of days multiply by charges.

View Hall Request :-

In existing fields add one more field named as charges.

If it is approved than Pay tab to be given from where the resident will make the
payment.
