Daily Help Module Colony World

 Purpose :-
The purpose to add this module is to make the daily chores easy for the residents
and guard. By adding this module the residents will be able to manage the daily
helpers who are working in their house.

 Where to Implement :-
We have to implement the module on Web and app both so that it can become
user friendly.

 How it Works :-
This module works in many ways, from where resident can add the helper, can
track the helper.

 Admin :-
On admin, first we will provide the functionality on web and app from where
admin can add the maid and their work timing I.e. the helper will be in society in
between what time, for example helper available time will be from Morning 7:00
A.M. to Evening 8:00 P.M.

We will give the same functionality on App on admin login also, because if admin
wants to add any maid they can add from application they don’t have to use web
for the same.

First, admin will add help type I.e. what is the type of help like
Cook/Maid/Driver/Laundry etc.

Second, after adding help type the basic details of maid will be added like admin
will select the help type which he has created than Name/Mobile Number/Start
Time/End Time and Photo of helper.

Third, will submit and the helper will be added in the society, now residents can
add the helper according to the availability of the helper.

Fourth, to view the list of all helper we have to provide the “View Daily Help” in
which the list of all the maids will reflect.

Same has to be given on Admin Login in Application.

 Resident :-
Now, residents can add and manage already added daily help from application
itself in daily help module.

The functionality will be like, Helpers and Add helpers, in Helpers the helpers
which are added to the particular resident will reflect from where they can mark
the attendance of the helper, they will get all the details related to helper that in
which flat they are working, their booked time slots and available time slots.

In resident application, the resident will be able to add the helper and also can be
able to manage time of the helper.

 Guard :-
In guard application, guard will manage the in and out time of the helper and that
will reflect in the resident login.
