Dear Mr. PAYOT,

This second letter of FORMAL NOTICE OF DEMAND to you to

surrender the vehicle to the undersigned in good condition with
accessories intact within (3) three days from receipt of this letter.
Records show that you failed to return the car within 3 days as
ordered from the initial demand letter, which was due on Monday, June 3,
2024.
The motor vehicle which has been entrusted to you more particularly
described as follows:

Please be advised that you must return the motor vehicle to me

within three (3) days of receiving this letter. The vehicle should be
returned in good condition with all accessories intact.
Additionally, I am demanding payment for the car rental, which
currently amounts to PHP 43,000. We had agreed upon a rental rate of
PHP 1,000.00 per day, and as I have not received any payment for the
rental, the amount continues to accumulate as long as the car is not
returned.
Failure in your part to meet this demand will constrained the
undersigned to file a case of carnapping, estafa and, other appropriate
criminal and civil suits in court.
