Expert knowledge in Salesforce Sales cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce platform (Force.com)
Strong QA experience, both Manual & Automation
Can corelate real data scenarios based on masked sandboxes.
Experience working in an Agile & Scrum environment
Be involved in Product backlog grooming, Sprint review, sprint planning, daily stand-up and retrospective
Creating clear acceptance criteria for stories
System configuration and preparation of test data sets
Exploratory testing to help improve the quality of product
Organization of test sessions and coordination of testing efforts with other teams
Troubleshooting of issues reported by users
Be able to provide test status reports, risk and issues status to stakeholders on daily basis
Documentation of the processes
