Salesforce QA Job Description – Offshore

Skills & Experience

 Expert knowledge in Salesforce Sales cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce platform (Force.com)
 Strong QA experience, both Manual & Automation
 Can corelate real data scenarios based on masked sandboxes.
 Experience working in an Agile & Scrum environment
 Be involved in Product backlog grooming, Sprint review, sprint planning, daily stand-up and retrospective
 Creating clear acceptance criteria for stories
 System configuration and preparation of test data sets
 Exploratory testing to help improve the quality of product
 Organization of test sessions and coordination of testing efforts with other teams
 Troubleshooting of issues reported by users
 Be able to provide test status reports, risk and issues status to stakeholders on daily basis
 Documentation of the processes
