country that focuses primarily on health. It aims to improve the quality of health in the country. PCHRD developed HERDIN or also known as Health Research and Development Information Network which provides healthcare services. It publishes research findings or health information that is accessible to the public. Is the issue being addressed in the Pagtanaw2050 framework presneted? It does not directly address the lack of effective and accessible health in the country. Nonetheless, the framework do emphasize the essence of having Universal Health Care which includes providing funds for Barangay Health Centers. Additionally, it aims to stengthen the health infrastructures and ensure that it is equally distributed among Filipino citizens.
