PART 1: Last semester, I studied Sales Management and my lecturer created a group

project called “Lành”. That means each group will have to sell something but it must be
environmentally friendly. Our group decided to choose to sell perfume. In this project, I
am responsible for being a salesperson and doing Revenue statistics on Excel. I feel this
project is very interesting and practical, so I hope other subjects will have more projects
like this.

PART 2:

A: I'm thinking about becoming a freelancer. I find it gives me more flexibility in time
and freedom in work. What do you think of it?

B: One of the biggest advantages is that you can work anywhere with an internet
connection. And you can balance work and personal life.

A: But I find this job requires very high personal skills to attract customers. And the
monthly salary can be small if you don't get customers. it is very risky and dangerous

B: Yes, being a freelancer can make a good living but it takes time and effort. Many
competitors and no other support will help you develop yourself to adapt to this job.

PART 1: YouTube is a video-sharing website that allows users to upload, share, and view
videos on a wide range of topics. I found out about it from a friend and I use it to watch
videos, listen to music, and learn new things. I find it useful because it is a great way to
relax and unwind, learn new things, and stay up-to-date on current events. I can always
find something new and interesting to watch on YouTube.

PART 1: Today, I will talk about my Tay Thanh high school. It is a large public high
school located in Tanphu district. I studied at Taythanh for 3 years from 2019 to 2021. I
think this is the most modern school in Tan Phu district and that is also the reason I love
this school because Taythanh has cameras, air conditioning in the classroom, and
underground parking for students. students and also has a multi-purpose gymnasium. In
particular, the school checks student attendance using a facial recognition machine.
PART 1: My dream house would be located in a quiet surrounded by nature. It would be
a spacious and modern two-story home with large windows that allow an abundance of
natural light to fill every room. The house would have a cozy living room with a
fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, and a large backyard with a
swimming pool and patio. I would live in this house with my family and it would be a
place where we could all create lasting memories together.

PART 1: One of the most memorable events in my life was participating in a high school
soccer tournament. It was held in my 11th grade year. My whole class was very excited
to compete and show off their skills. We won all our matches and went straight to the
finals. And what I always remember is that we lost the final and finished second.
Although sad, it is a memory I will always remember.
