To our very beautiful and charismatic district supervisor, Dr. Harlet A. Villanueva, to the very
hardworking, hands-on and energetic OIC Principal II of Polangui North Central School, to our District
English Manager, Mam Shiela Marie B. Realo, to our very lovely District School paper adviser, Mam
Elvira Relorcosa, facilitators, School paper advisers, young journalist, parent, ladies and gentleman a
wonderful morning to each and everyone of you.
Today, we are again showcasing the unique talents of our young pupils in campus journalism.
Today is their chance to leave their own mark and story.
To formally start, may I request everyone to stand for the singing of the Philippine National
Anthem through AVPresentation and to be followed by a prayer that will be given to us by Mam Angelie
Barce, Teacher I of Maysua Elementary School.

At this juncture, May I call in the very energetic OIC Principal II of PNCS, Dtr. Joselyn N.
Sampal for her Welcome Address.
Thank you Mam Jo for welcoming us in your beautiful school. It is truly heartwarming. Thank
you mam.
And now, to present to us the number of participants in today’s event, May I call in Mam Chenee
Refran, TI of Jose Duran Elementary School.

To give us some inspiring message let us clap our hands to our very motherly, kind and
stunningly beautiful supervisor, Dr. Harlet A. Villanueva.
Thank you Mam Harlet. Your words are truly magical. I hope that our young journalist will keep
this in mind.
And now, to present to us the facilitators of today’s event and to read to us the guidelines may I
call in our very active district school paper adviser, Mam Elvira Relorcasa.
