That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND

is hereby acknowledged from RICARDO DALISAY of legal age, Filipino, widow, a
resident of Block 23, Lot 22, Barangay Zone 12-A, Talisay City, Negros Occidental,
hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS and CONVEYS and by these presents and have SOLD,
TRANSFERRED and CONVEYED unto said RICARDO DALISAY, the aforesaid parcel
of land.
