1. That the above named claimant has filed an application under section 166
of M.V. Act for granting of compensation on account of accidental injury.

2. That on the previous date i.e on 17.12.2022 the Ld. Court was pleased
enough to fix todays date for appearance of both the parties.

3. That the opposite party no.2 i.e The New India Assurance Company Limited
is appearing before the Ld. Court through their lawyer by filing a Vakalatnama
which is sealed and signed by the company’s authorized signatory.

4. That the Conducting lawyer on behalf of the O.P no.2 prays for an
adjournment today.
