PERMISSION TO VISIT THE NATIONAL PLANETARIUM

On behalf of the Science Students Association of Sekolah Menengah

Kebangsaan Convent Muar, we would like to request your permission to organize an
excursion to the National Planetarium which is located at Tasik Perdana, Kuala
Lumpur.

The main objective of this trip is to educate the students on scientific

phenomena such as gravity and speed. By participating in the trip, the students
would be able to gather relevant knowledge pertaining to the planets and stars. 20
students from fifth formers of the Science Stream and two teachers are going to take
part in this activity which is the annual school trip before the semester comes to an
end.

The advisor of the renowned Science Students Association has scheduled

the trip for 16 December 2024. In brief, it will be carried out during the mid-term
break. We are going to board the school bus and we will arrive at the spectacular
planetarium to approximately 10:00 a.m.

We would also like to make inquiries regarding entrance fees. Can we get a
special discount? Should we wear our school uniforms or casual attire? If the date
chosen for the trip is inconvenient for the management of the National Planetarium,
we would be very glad to suggest a few other dates for the trip.
