APOLOGY FOR PROJECT DELAY

We would like to express our apologies for the delay that caused the renovation
project during the month of December 2024. Unfortunately, we experienced a delay
due to some technical issues with the supplier. This letter is intended to provide you
a justification for the delay.

The material used for extending kitchen area was change from clay brick to hollow
brick. However, the supplier for hollow brick was unable to deliver the order to us as
promised. This situation had resulted in delay of the project because we cannot
construct the wall with suitable material and automatically delayed all the subsequent
activities.

Therefore, our new estimated deadline for this project will be in the middle of
December. We are confident that once this delay has been solved and properly
analysed, we will be able to complete the project quickly and efficiently. Herewith,
we attach latest Gantt Chart for your review. We appreciate for your flexibility and
understanding as we tackle this unforeseen issue.
