II. How did this Webinar will help you in your work/FIELD?

The webinar I attended has really helped me in my teaching. It talked about being fair when
grading and giving attention to students, which gave me useful ways to make my classroom
more welcoming. Learning how to assess students without biases will help me give fair
evaluations. The webinar also encouraged me to be more proactive in understanding my
students' needs by fostering open communication. It reminded me to handle issues with fellow
teachers professionally and give constructive feedback for a positive work environment. I now
see how being fair in my teaching can build trust and lead to academic success. The webinar
also shared ways to spot if students are using Chat AI, which is helpful for maintaining
academic integrity. I'm excited to use these practical tips and make a positive impact on both
students and fellow teachers.

III. Indicate two (2) to three (3) main things you learned that you could apply in your
workplace/FIELD.

From the webinar, I gained valuable insights that I can apply in my teaching profession. Firstly, I
learned the importance of fairness in grading and providing attention to students. This involves
implementing practical strategies to create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.
Understanding how to assess students objectively and without biases is a key takeaway,
ensuring fair evaluations and accurate representation of their abilities. Additionally, the webinar
emphasized the significance of proactively understanding students' needs through fostering
open communication, which I plan to implement to better cater to individual requirements.

Secondly, the webinar highlighted the importance of handling issues with fellow teachers
professionally and providing constructive feedback for a positive work environment. This insight
into maintaining professionalism and promoting a supportive atmosphere is crucial for
enhancing collaborative efforts among faculty members.

Lastly, the webinar offered practical ways to identify if students are using Chat AI, providing
valuable tools for maintaining academic integrity. Overall, these learnings will contribute to a
more effective and positive teaching environment, benefiting both students and fellow
educators.

As a result of this Webinar, I can:

1. Start doing…

While I am already receptive to any concerns and clarifications, I recognize the need to be even
more open-minded towards other faculties. It's crucial for me to be mindful of my words and
actions to ensure effective communication and positive interactions.

2. Stop doing…

I need to more vigilant and avoiding laxity, particularly when assigning tasks to my students, as
it's imperative to ascertain that they are not solely relying on ChatGPT for their responses. As
an educator, I recognize the necessity to cross-verify and confirm that the task responses
genuinely emanate from the students themselves. This proactive approach ensures the integrity
of the learning process and reinforces the importance of students' independent understanding
and application of knowledge.

3. Continue doing…

I am committed to persistently pursuing the optimal outcomes for my students, placing a

particular emphasis on the welfare of my faculty, specifically the Senior High School (SHS)
Department, and prioritizing my personal growth and well-being. My dedication extends to
making decisions and taking actions that contribute positively to the academic and overall
development of my students, ensuring the flourishing of the faculty members within the SHS
Department, and fostering my own continuous improvement and fulfillment.

IV. What is your over-all rating with the webinar? Give comments or suggestions.

I give the webinar a perfect score of 10 out of 10. I don't encounter any issues with both the
webinar and the speakers. They present the content excellently, providing a highly
informative experience.
