Description : Cycle composed of pigmented bi-component basecoat and topcoat in liquid form.

White basecoat code FL0511 Based on hydroxylated alkyd resins

Nature of the
components: Yellow topcoat code FO2515 Based on hydroxylated alkyd resins

Hardener code FC1110 Based on isocyanine resins

APPLICATION METHOD:

Wooden support preparation: Wipe the surface and sand paper with 120 – 150 abrasive grit removing
all possible residues of old films.
By weight:
Basecoat preparation for the
application: Basecoat FL0511 100 %
Hardener FC1110 50 %
By weight:
Topcoat preparation for the
application: Yellow topcoat FO2515 100 %
Hardener FC1110 50 %
Application method : By spray

Apply 2 white basecoats FL0511 with 150 g/m for each coating.
Drying time: 24 h. Sanding slightly with 320 grit paper.

Products application: Apply one yellow topcoat FO2515 with 150 g/m for each coating.

Total application quantity : 450 g/m .

MAINTANANCE:

Once the product dried out it has excellent chemical resistance properties and can therefore be treated with
normal cleaning products

USEFUL INFORMATION FOR THE CORRECT USE OF THE PRODUCT:

The product has unlimited shelf life. However, after prolonged storage, some settlement may occur.
It is therefore advisable to homogenize the product well before use.
Anti-heat : do not store at temperatures higher than 55 °C. In certain environmental conditions the pr oduct
can be specially subject to humidity. Avoid using it in highly humid environments.
Mix well before use.
