With reference to the above and subsequent discussion we had with you we are pleased to place this work
order based on the following Terms and Conditions.

SCOPE OF WORK:
The Scope of work shall be All Electrical Works from Roof Slab Electrical Conduct Pipe Laying to
Modular Switch Fixing Including of Metal Box Fixing & Cable Pulling Work. For this scope of work,
you shall place on site a Requirement of labours.

TIME OF COMPLETION:
Time is the essence of this contract, Completion for the above work is 90 days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


a. Schedule will be followed as per site instruction.
b. RA Bill will be submitted by you for payment once in 7 days only.
c. You will ensure all your labour follow this safety norm.
d. Sub-contractor, if fail to pay the weekly payment to his labours, Builders will not be taken
responsibility.
e. Up to 5% Deviated material quantity is taken, Above deviated material should taken by the sub-
contractor and costing will be deducted from RA Bills or Retention amount.

SUB – CONTRACTOR RATE


i. Electrician - Rs 950.00 / each
ii. Helper - Rs 850.00 / each

PAYMENT TERMS:
You are requested to submit the Bill stage wise to our Company {Billing & Planning} with all necessary
Challan and detailed measurements etc. The same shall be checked by our Engineer and Payment shall
be released within 7days from the date of certification of bill

FIRM PRICE CONTRACT:


The rate will remain firm throughout the Contract period and no revision in rates will be entertained on
any account during the course of contract, whatsoever it may be the reason.

DATE OF COMMENCEMENT:
You shall commence the work immediately at site without any delay in mobilizing your men, Etc., and in
any case the commencement shall not exceed more than two days time from this work order.

FACILITIES AT SITE:
Water and Electrical material will be provided at site by us. Store room and Labour accommodation will
be given at our end.

SUSPENSION OF WORK:
In the event of Universal Builders & Developers deciding to stop / suspend the work during the contract
period due to your poor progress, you shall be liable for no compensation whatever it may be the reason
and all amounts, if any shall be deducted from the amount payable to you by Universal Builders &
Developers.

ARBITRATION:
Any claim or dispute relating to interpretation or execution of this contract that cannot be settled amicably
at site shall be referred to the Managing Partner of Universal Builders & Developers, who shall be the
Final authority to decide upon any dispute pertaining to this contract. The decision made by the Managing
Partner shall be final and binding on both parties.

RATE DETAILS:
All work item wise piece rate detail given attached back side the work order.

PENALTY SCHEDULE:
If there is any Complaints on Labours, on account of misusing and theft of Company materials, the
below range of Amount will be Debited from the Subcontractor’s Bill Payment with no excuse.

Materials Penalty Amount


1. Materials Costs up to Rs.300 Rs.500
2. Materials Costs from Rs.301 to Rs.750 Rs.1000
3. Materials Costs from Rs.751 to Rs.1000 Rs.1500
4. Materials Costs above Rs.1000 1.5 times of Actual Cost.

SAFETY NORMS:

All safety materials like Helmet, Hand Gloves, Nose mask, Eye glass, Safety net, Safety belt etc, will be
provided by company. All labour should follow the safety rules and should use all the safety equipments
as per the instructions of Site engineers. If any labour without safety materials is encountered at site,
Penalty will be deducted immediately.

Materials Penalty Amount


1 Helmet Rs.100/day
2 Nose mask Rs.100/day
3 Eye glass Rs.500/day
4 Safety belt Rs.500/day
5 Gloves Rs.100/day
6 Electrical cables without Plug Rs.500/day

WARNING:

Labour under 18 years are strictly not allowed to site. Any disputes if not using the safety materials,
company will not be responsible for medical and other unexpected issues.

NOTE:

Any sort of expenses like labour material rent, advance payment are not acceptable by Builders.

 Once the Materials are handed over, the subcontractor is fully responsible.
 The Quantity of misused or theft materials will be finalized by Site Engineer.
 The cost of Materials is fixed by Management.

5% retention will be held in every RA bill and it will be released after 12 months of completion of
project. In case of suspension or discontinue of the work specified, retention amount will not be refunded
to the subcontractor.

Request to return us the Copy of this work order duly signed by you as a token of your acceptance.
