1. यह एडिमट काड इस शत के अधीन है िक यिद िकसी भी र पर अयो ता पाई जाती है , तो उ ीदवारी र कर दी जाएगी।
2. उ ीदवारो ं को परी ा क म िन िल खत द ावेज लाने होग
ं े। इन द ावेजो ं के िबना परी ा हॉल म वेश की अनुमित नही ं है:
• वेश प की मुि त ित।
• सरकार ारा जारी फोटो पहचान प (मूल और वैध/समा न आ होना चािहए): पैन काड / वोटर आईडी / पासपोट / डाइिवंग लाइसस / आधार काड (फोटो के साथ)। सरकार ारा जारी फोटो पहचान
प मूल हाड कॉपी म ुत िकया जाना चािहए। मोबाइल फोन म फोटोकॉपी / ै न की गई ितयां ीकाय नही ं ह। चूंिक उ ीदवार परी ा क के अंदर मोबाइल िडवाइस नही ं ले जा सकते ह, इसिलए
िडिजलॉकर म सं हीत द ावेज़ परी ा क के अंदर नही ं िदखाए जा सकते ह।
• ायी / अनंितम एसएमसी / एमसीआई / एनएमसी पंजीकरण की फोटोकॉपी, िजसे परी ा क ारा रखा जाना है ।
3. कृपया परी ा के दौरान शां ित और अनुशासन बनाए रख। यिद आपको परी ा के दौरान िकसी भी सहायता की आव कता हो, तो कृपया िनरी क को बुलाने के िलए अपना हाथ उठाएँ । िकसी भी प र ित म
परी ा के दौरान िकसी उ ीदवार को अ उ ीदवारो ं से बात नही ं करनी चािहए।
4. िकसी भी अनुिचत साधन या अनुिचत आचरण का उपयोग करने पर उ ीदवार को परी ा से वंिचत कर िदया जाएगा। ऐसा करने पर एनबीईएमएस ारा िनधा रत अनुिचत साधन िदशा-िनदशो ं के अनुसार उसके
खलाफ कारवाई भी की जा सकती है ।
5. परी ा ल पर सेल फोन, पेजर, कैलकुलेटर, पेन डाइव, टै बलेट सिहत सभी इले ॉिनक उपकरणो ं का उपयोग स विजत है । इनके पास पाए जाने पर उ ीदवार पर कारवाई की जा सकती है । चूंिक परी ा
क ो ं म ऐसे उपकरणो ं की सुर ा के िलए कोई ावधान नही ं है , इसिलए उ ीदवारो ं को सलाह दी जाती है िक वे इ परी ा ल पर न ले जाएं । आपको पेन और पिसल भी नही ं ले जानी चािहए। उ ीदवार के
कं ूटर ीन पर एक िडिजटल सामा कैलकुलेटर िदया जाएगा।
6. संभािवत ित पण के खलाफ जां च करने के िलए, अिधकारी परी ा क पर उ ीदवार की त ीर, अंगूठे का िनशान या िकसी अ मा म से उसकी पहचान और वा िवकता की पुि करगे। एनबीईएमएस
परी ा क पर उ ीदवारो ं ारा लाए गए च े, िकसी भी िचिक ा उपकरण, असामा सामान की जां च कर सकता है िक उनम कोई संभािवत िछपा आ इले ॉिनक उपकरण तो नही ं है।
7. अ थ को परी ा क म दे र से वेश करने या ज ी बाहर िनकलने की अनुमित नही ं है।
8. ेक अ थ को परी ा दे ते समय कं ूटर ीन पर दिशत िनदशो ं का पालन करना होगा।
9. परी ा क पर िनिष व ुओ ं की सूची:
• कोई भी े शनरी आइटम जैसे पा साम ी (मुि त या िल खत), नोट् स, ा क पाउच, कैलकुलेटर, पेन, राइिटं ग पैड, पेन डाइव, इरे ज़र, रफ पेपर आिद।
• कोई भी इले ॉिनक उपकरण जैसे मोबाइल फोन, ूटूथ, इयरफ़ोन, माइ ोफ़ोन, पेजर, कलाई घड़ी/ ा बड, कैलकुलेटर, इले ॉिनक पेन/ ै नर आिद। सभी आभूषण जैसे कंगन, अंगूठी,
झमक
ु े , नाक की िपन, चेन/हार, पडट, पडट के साथ हार, बैज, ोच आिद।
• अ सामान जैसे बटु आ, च ा, हडबैग, बे , टोपी, द ाने आिद।
• कोई भी खुली या पैक की गई खा साम ी, शीतल पेय, पानी की बोतल आिद। अ िथयो ं को परी ा क पर पानी की बोतल उपल कराई जाएगी।
• कोई अ व ु िजसका उपयोग अनुिचत साधनो ं के िलए, वायरलेस/ ूटूथ िडवाइस, जासूसी कैमरा आिद जैसे संचार उपकरणो ं को िछपाने के िलए िकया जा सकता हो।
10. उ ीदवारो ं से संबंिधत िकसी भी व ु को रखने के िलए क ो ं पर कोई व ा नही ं की जाएगी।
11. उ ीदवारो ं को सलाह दी जाती है िक वे परी ा के िलए उं गली बायोमेिटक आधा रत पंजीकरण म किठनाइयो ं से बचने के िलए अपनी उं गिलयो ं पर मेहंदी/रं गो ं से टै टू न बनवाएं ।
12. यिद आपको परी ा क पर कोई दवा या िचिक ा सहायता उपकरण ले जाने की आव कता है , तो कृपया सहायक िचिक ा द ावेज साथ रख। ऐसे द ावेजो ं के अभाव म, आपको ऐसे उपकरण/कृि म
अंग/दवा आिद ले जाने की अनुमित नही ं दी जाएगी।
13. उ ीदवारो ं को सलाह दी जाती है िक वे परी ा से एक िदन पहले क के ानो ं से खुद को प रिचत कर ल तािक परी ा क पर दे र से प ं चने की िकसी भी संभावना से बचा जा सके।
14. यिद आपको िकसी लेखक की सहायता की आव कता हो, तो कृपया आरपीड ूडी अिधिनयम, 2016 के ावधानो ं के अनुसार द ावेजो ं के साथ एनबीईएमएस संचार वेब पोटल पर एक ुत करके
एनबीईएमएस की पूव ीकृित ा कर। एनबीईएमएस की पूव ीकृित के अभाव म, आपको परी ा क के अंदर लेखक को अपने साथ ले जाने की अनुमित नही ं दी जाएगी।
15. सभी उ ीदवारो ं को एडिमट काड को ान से दे खना होगा और िवसंगितयो,ं यिद कोई हो, की सूचना एनबीईएमएस को इसके संचार वेब पोटल (सीड ूपी) पर दे नी होगी।

नोट: 2 पृ ो ं वाले एडिमट काड को एक ही ए4 आकार के ेत प (बैक टू बैक) पर मुि त िकया जाना चािहए।

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. This admit card is subject to the condition that if ineligibility is detected at any stage, the candidature shall be cancelled.
2. Candidates must bring to the test centre the following documents. Entry to the examination hall without these documents is not permitted:
Ÿ Printed copy of admit card.
Ÿ A Government issued photo ID (must be original and valid/non-expired): PAN card / Voter ID /Passport / Driving license / Aadhar card (with Photograph). Government
issued photo ID MUST be produced in ORIGINAL HARD COPY. Photocopies/ Scanned copies in mobile phones are NOT acceptable. As candidates cannot carry the
mobile device inside the test centre, documents stored in digilocker cannot be shown inside the test centre.
Ÿ Photocopy of Permanent/ Provisional SMC/MCI/NMC registration, to be retained by the test centre.
3. Please maintain silence and discipline during the examination. Should you require any assistance during examination, please raise your hand to call the invigilator. Under no
circumstance that a candidate should speak to other candidates while the examination is ongoing.
4. Use of any unfair means or improper conduct will lead to debarment of the candidate from the examination. This may also invite action against him/her as per Unfair Means
Guidelines prescribed by NBEMS.
5. Use of all electronic devices, including cell phones, pagers, calculators, pen drives, tablets, is STRICTLY prohibited at the examination venue. Candidate found in possession
is liable for action. Since examination centres do not have a provision for safekeeping of such devices, candidates are advised not to carry them to the examination venue.
You must not also carry pens and pencils. A digital normal calculator shall be provided in the candidate's computer screen.
6. To check against possible impersonation, authorities will be verifying the identity and genuineness of a candidate by taking their photograph, thumb impression or by any
other means at the examination centre. NBEMS may check the spectacles, any medical devices, unusual accessories carried by the candidates at examination centre for
any possible hidden electronic devices.
7. The candidate is not permitted to make a late entry or exit early from the examination centre.
8. Each candidate must follow instructions displayed on the computer screen while taking the examination.
9. List of prohibited items at the test centre:
Ÿ Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), notes, plastic pouch, calculator, pen, writing pad, pen drives, eraser, rough paper etc.
Ÿ Any electronic device like mobile phone, Bluetooth, earphones, microphone, pager, wrist watch/health band, calculator, electronic pen/scanner etc.
Ÿ All ornaments like bracelets, ring, earrings, nose-pin, chain/necklace, pendants, necklace with pendants, badge, brooch etc.
Ÿ Other items like wallet, goggles, handbags, belt, cap, gloves etc.
Ÿ Any eatable item opened or packed, soft drinks, water bottles etc. Candidates will be provided with a water bottle at exam centre.
Ÿ Any other item which could be used for unfair means, for hiding communication devices like wireless/Bluetooth device, spy camera etc.
10. No arrangement will be made at the centres for keeping any articles/Items belonging to the candidates.
11. Candidates are advised to refrain from tattooing their fingers with henna/colours to avoid difficulties in finger biometric based registration for the test.
12. Should you need to carry any medicine or a medical assistance device at the exam centre, please carry supportive medical documents. In absence of such documents, you
shall not be permitted to carry such devices/ prosthesis/ medicine etc.
13. Candidates are advised to acquaint themselves with the locations of the centre one day prior to the examination to avoid any chances of late arrival to the exam centre.
14. Should you require any assistance of scribe, please seek prior approval of NBEMS by way of submitting a query at NBEMS Communication Web Portal along with documents
in support as per provisions of RPwD Act, 2016. In absence of prior approval of NBEMS, you shall not be allowed to accompany a scribe with you inside the exam centre.
15. All candidates are required to go through the admit card carefully and report discrepancies, if any, to NBEMS at its communication web portal (CWP).
